Who is responsible
Blue Skies Ahead is being developed in Estonia and is not yet registered as a legal entity. Until registration, Christopher Nordström is responsible for this website and enquiries received through it. For privacy questions, contact hello@blueskiesahead.ee. This notice will be updated when the Foundation is registered.
What we receive
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic and message. Please do not send sensitive health information through this initial form.
Why we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, continue the conversation you initiated. Our legitimate interest in answering enquiries is the usual legal basis for this activity. We do not use the form to enrol you in marketing emails.
How the form works
The website uses a temporary session cookie to protect the form from unwanted submissions and applies basic anti-spam checks. The form sends your message by email to our mailbox; it does not create a website database of enquiries. Email and hosting providers may process technical data needed to deliver the message.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and follow up on the conversation, unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information or object to its use, by emailing hello@blueskiesahead.ee. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Cookies and external services
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this version. The form uses a functional session cookie for security. Images, stylesheets and Manrope font files are hosted directly on this website; the website does not request fonts from Google.
